Setting Up

The party was scheduled to begin at 8pm. We had reserved the room from 6pm to midnight, so at 6pm, those of us who were there began taking the materials down from our rooms to the event rooms.
When we got there, we were surprised to find the Horizon Room, the main room, was still occupied by some sort of meeting or afternoon cocktail party. Lanai III, however, was open. Most of our setup involved this room anyway, so we just started putting together the alter-space. Rich and Diane. Pillars. David and Nancy. Chris and Diana. Jenny and Craig. Crepe. |
