This month we’ve spent a lot of time at the park and the softball diamond there. Teiya is into hugging, both herself and others. While playing at the softball diamond, Teiya insisted on repeatedly hugging Casey while he tried to dig in the dirt. Casey was fairly annoyed! More recently, it’s been beastly hot so we’ve spent time in our little pool in the backyard. Casey has a battery-operated bubble-blower that scares Teiya; she hunches up her shoulders and bites her lip before giving a full-on grimace of distress.
Teiya got her first haircut this month. She didn’t like the idea at first, but now she seems happy that she can see without having to tip her head back.
